What to Cook Using Pumpkin for the Holidays and Beyond

My Thanksgiving recipe round-up series wouldn’t be complete if it didn’t include a write-up on everyone’s favorite autumn food, pumpkin! Every year, as soon as October rolls around, the internet starts filling up with all kinds of pumpkin recipes from savory to sweet. Pumpkin is not just for one of the best pies in the world, there is a ton of things you can do with it, and I have compiled some of my favorite pumpkin recipes for you.

If you take a look on this blog, you will notice that the only pumpkin recipe is a (delicious) guest post. It’s just a little too much work for me (we’re being honest here, right?). I am more a pumpkin in a box girl. Take this Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice Quick Bread. It is made with real pumpkin, and literally took less than 3 minutes to prep. If someone served it to me, I would have no idea they hadn’t slaved over a gourd for hours.Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice Quick BreadWhat are some of your favorite pumpkin recipes?
